• Do you ship internationally? 

Shipping is available worldwide. If there's any issue with shipping during checkout, please let us know by sending an email through our contact page.

 

• How long does it take for the package to arrive?

Orders get ready and shipped within one week. 

Clothing items, prints, and warehouse items (keychains, stickers) get shipped in different packages to ensure safety. 

All orders are tracked. 

 

• My order got returned, what should I do?  

Whenever an order gets returned, customer will be contacted through the email they entered during checkout. We will reship your order as needed, to the same address or a different one.

If you think your order will get returned, please let us know so we can be prepared to ship it back.  

 

• Are refunds allowed? 

At the time, no refunds or cancellations are accepted. Size can't be changed, so please double-check them before ordering.

If you don't receive your item or it arrives damaged, please contact us and we will look into it.
